Below are some useful shortcuts you can use in PowerPoint.
Ctrl+B = Bold
Ctrl+I = Italic
Ctrl+U = Underline
Ctrl+L = Left justify the text
Ctrl+M = Insert New Slide
F5 = Begin the Slideshow
Ctrl+N = Open a new document
Ctrl+O = Open an existing document
Ctrl+S = Save a document.
Ctrl+A = Select All (used for cutting and pasting)
Ctrl+P = Print a document.
Ctrl+Z = Undo the last thing you did (if you typed something or deleted something, it will Undo it).
Ctrl+F = Will bring up a pop up window to help you find a word on the page. Simply type the word you are looking for and click Find Next
