I'd like to mention one aspect that Michael didn't cover. This is an easy way to poll your clients. For example, if I'm planning the next six months of webinars, wouldn't it be great to know exactly what topics my clients want to learn about? I can use Answers to send a question - What are the top 2 software programs you need to learn how to use more productively? I select up to 200 clients or prospects from my connections and send out the question. The answers not only tell me which topics I need to cover but which clients are most likely to attend the webinars.
