Microsoft Excel - Trouble Viewing all Your Sheets in a Workbook

Have you ever had an Excel workbook with multiple sheets, and you can’t see all the sheets because you either have too many sheets or the sheet names are too long?

Unfortunately, you get to the point where you can no longer see all the tabs in one view. You can use the built-in tabs navigation buttons, but there is another way as well.

Right-click the tabs navigation buttons and a floating list of all the worksheets in the workbook will appear. This is especially useful when sheet names are too long, or there are a lot of sheets.

Two keyboard shortcuts that can move you between worksheets are:

CTRL+PageUp take you to the previous sheet in your workbook.

CTRL+PageDown move to the next sheet.
