Microsoft Excel 2003 & 2007 – All CAPS to Proper Format

Have you ever received an Excel file and all the text is in CAPS? You can change the text so that it is in “Proper Format” with this simple tip.

For example: How would you change YOUR COMPUTER LADY to read Your Computer Lady?

If you have YOUR COMPUTER LADY in cell A1, then in any cell within the worksheet type =PROPER (A1).   It will automatically change YOUR COMPUTER LADY to Your Computer Lady in the cell that you typed the “Proper” formula.

Try it! It works great.
